Lily Davis is an excellent personal trainer. She is passionate about fitness, and it shows through her enthusiasm, energy and variety of sessions she plans for me. Lily places a high value on correct form during each exercise. If I have a sore muscle group, she always has another exercise for me, or a stretch to show me, that will help my aches. 

Lily is helpful and has extensive knowledge in all facets of training, good health and body. She always has answers for me when I have questions relating to topics like better health, training, or food; that all set foundations for a healthy lifestyle. 

Her easy going friendly personality creates a relaxed fun atmosphere for working out.

We are a husband and wife team who work with Lily as our trainer, separately each with our own goals and expectations. Lily’s knowledge and passion for fitness and physical training is obvious in her work with us.  She is our trainer, coach, motivator, cheerleader, nutritionist, and therapist.

Lily has a great insight of what is needed to help us reach our fitness goals while always focused on safety.  She is extremely knowledgeable and ready to change things up ‘on the fly’ if you are struggling on a particular day.   Her sense of humour and relaxed manner makes even the most challenging exercises doable.
