Low Carb Crackers

Add these seed crackers to your next charcuterie board and surprise your guests with how delicious low carb can be.

Ingredients:

1/3 Cup Sesame Seeds

1/3 Cup Pumpkin Seeds

2/3 Cup Flax Seeds

1/3 Cup Almond Flour

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

1 Tablespoon Psyllium Husk Powder

1 Cup Boiling Water

Sea Salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 Degrees. Mix all dry ingredients into bowl. Melt the coconut oil and add it to the dry ingredients with the boiling water. Spread mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread as thinly as possible. Add sea salt as desired. Bake for 45 minutes, then turn the oven off and let them continue to warm and crisp for 20 minutes.
