Zucchini Chips

When everyone else is eating chips - you can too! If you have access to a dehydrator, this recipe is even easier! Just cut the zucchini, lay it flat on the trays and leave it to dehydrate overnight! Add a touch of oil and any seasoning you want just before eating.

If you don't have a dehydrator, don't despair! Try this!

 

2-4 Zucchini

1 TBLP Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

 

Slice Zucchini thinly (use a mandolin if you have one). Toss in Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper and any other flavours you want (try a taco seasoning or a dry ranch mix). Lay flat on baking sheet and bake at 250 Degrees for half an hour then lower to 150 Degrees to let them dry out. They should be brown around the edges.
